wow!mrs tay i read all about it!it was interesting!
wah the earthquake is dangerous.we are lucky too lucky.
I felt quite sad.It is because Haiti is the poorest country and there's an earthquake
Wow!The earthquake has a 7.0 magnitute! And it has hit the poorest country in the world.I felt quite sad as the people did not have enough food, water and medicle help.
I really sympathise the the people who are effected in this disaster, perhaps Singapore could also contribute, and natural disasters like that could be really disastrous. I have also done some research that an earthquake is the result of sudden release of energy in the earth's crust! So because Caribbean country of Haiti is near to the plate boundaries therefore earthquakes would struck!
Oh My Gosh!!!I wish that didn't happen.......
I found out that a magnitude 7 earthquake happens around 18 times a year!I also found out that when a meteorite hit somewhere in Mexico years ago, it measured 13 on the Richter scale!!!
Its a sad sight to see the people in Haiti suffering from the earthquake. I think president Barrack Obama is a very kind and caring president because he offered to help the people in Haiti.I also agree with leona, i think Singapore could really contribute for the suffering of the people there in Haiti. :)
I think that people that are affected by the earthquake are quite unlucky. As those you managed to suivive, are really lucky. But people in Singapore are so lucky as no earthquake had ever happened. America is quite a kind country to help out Haiti with the renovation of the country. As many people say, everyone should help one another. And not fight over small things. The news was also to teach everyone in Singapore that they are so lucky as no earthquake has happened to them and to tell everyone to cherish their lives before they could not even do so. Thanks Mrs Tay for the wonderful news.
I feel relly sad i hope that that would not happen again.
Thank you for the information given,Mrs Tay.I do not read newspaper and newscast on TV.However, i know more about it from your blogs.
